Article 3 and 4 directions

Article 3 directions remove permitted development rights where an environmental impact assessment is needed. You may still be able to carry out the work but you will need to apply for planning permission.

Article 4 directions apply to certain areas and restrict permitted development rights. This means you will need to apply for planning permission.
