Land and property asset management plan
Our Asset Management Plan is an overview of how we manage our council land and property to make sure it is fully used, and that it makes a full contribution to the council’s aims, priorities and objectives. The plan is currently being updated and will be available online shortly.

We own and manage a number of properties in the district ranging in type and size.
