Get help with your collection
If you have difficulty putting your bins out we may be able to help with an assisted collection. The crew will collect the bins and return them to outside your home.
You can get help with your bins if you have:
- ill health
- a permanent disability
- infirmity
- no-one else at your property able to put the bins out
Your bins and boxes need to be accessible outside your house as we cannot go into your house.
